Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring a maximum of 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase occurred.

We reserve the right to alter this policy for any event, or to provide multiple refund policies for the same event. Any variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification. Non-Transferrable
Additionally, please note that all tickets and memberships are non-transferrable. This means that once you've purchased a ticket or membership, it cannot be transferred to another individual, even if you are unable to attend an event or use your membership.

Communication
On a case-by-case basis, your data may be shared with event co-organizers. You reserve the right to opt out of this.
