Refund Policy

Our general policy is that refunds will only be issued for cancellations occurring a maximum of 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase occurred.

Please note that for members, remaining tickets are updated on our system on a weekly basis which may affect the accuracy of the numbers displayed.

We reserve the right to alter this policy for any event, or to provide multiple refund policies for the same event. Any variation from the above stated policy must be clearly indicated at the time event registration occurs, and the policy above shall be deemed applicable in the absence of any other notification.
